Quake and Lone were images I made using a modular system. I see these pieces as an early step toward
the grid system I am using today. In these pieces I ganged up Linoleum Blocks and Woodblocks and
printed them in mass as one would in letterpress printing. The pieces were then worked into
using mixed media techniques in painting and drawing. The pieces use several 'half' sheets
of Arches Cover White paper. - MP 01/21-07
